Location: Tulsa, OK 74110
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Shift: Monday-Friday 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (OT as needed)
Job Type: Temp to Hire

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Data Entry professional to join a fast-paced construction environment. This role is an immediate need as the company transitions to a new invoicing system. The Data Entry position requires someone who can input data quickly and accurately, support purchasing processes, and maintain excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Input invoices into a new invoicing system with accuracy and speed (80–90% of purchasing’s time is spent here).
• Maintain spreadsheets, track orders, and perform general organizational tasks.
• Communicate effectively in a direct, fast-paced environment; not afraid to ask questions.
• Ensure punctuality and reliability to meet tight deadlines.
• Support additional clerical tasks as workload increases, with potential to grow into a buyer role for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Data Entry or related clerical roles preferred (higher pay considered with experience).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under demanding conditions and handle multiple priorities.
• Basic proficiency in spreadsheets and order tracking systems.
• Willingness to adapt and take on additional responsibilities as the team expands.
