As a Dealership Assistant, you will contribute to a world-class automotive retail experience by assessing guests' needs and providing support across various tasks within the service department. What you'll be working on:

• Answer incoming Service Department phones
• Service appointment scheduling
• Cashiering Service and Parts customers, Including taking credit cards and cash
• Balancing transactions at the end of each day, including the cash drawer.
• Closing completed work orders
• Rental/Loaner car agent using GM software
• Scanning and filing of documents
• Calling guests who are overdue for service
• Keeping a working inventory of office supplies
• Assisting in Extended Warranty claim submissions
• Scheduling guests for Smog, VIN verifications, & Weight certificates

What you need to bring to the table: * Commitment to excellent guest experience – on the phone/email, in the store, and after purchase * Valid state driver’s license and good driving record (no major violations) * X-Time and CDK experience is a plus * Availability to work evenings and weekends Salary: $17.95 - $30.00 per hour *Pay is based on applicable experience and skills.
