``` Description of the role: The Dealership Receptionist at Eide Chrysler St Cloud will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service at the front desk and managing incoming calls and inquiries. Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department
• Manage the flow of traffic in the dealership and direct customers to the right personnel
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
• Some Saturday Shifts Required
