Responsibilities:

Position Responsibilities:  

• Define and execute the global cybersecurity design and engineering strategy in alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements
• Oversee the design and implementation of secure infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments
• Lead the development of secure-by-design principles across RH Security, IT, OT, and product engineering
• Evaluate, select, and implement cybersecurity technologies that align with enterprise goals
• Champion automation, AI/ML-based defense mechanisms, and zero-trust architecture
• Ensure consistent cybersecurity engineering standards and practices across the Reyes Family of Businesses
• Other duties as assigned  

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience:   

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management or related field with 10 plus years of experience in IT infrastructure (servers/workstation), networking, including security operations (implementing and operating cybersecurity tools and processes) and 6 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 13 plus years of above related experience and 7 plus years of management experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.  

Preferred Education and Experience:   

• Master’s degree 
• Experience supporting a global IT security environment
• Solid knowledge of ITIL practices and demonstrated experience increasing ITIL capability.
• Security Certifications including: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP-ISSMP), Certified Security Analyst (CSA), Certified Incident Handler v2 (ECIH), Certified Computer Security Incident Handler (CSIH), Certified Expert Incident Manager (CEIM), AWS, Azure, Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
