Job Summary The Junior Information Systems Analyst will support our data-driven initiatives by writing and optimizing SQL queries, managing data from various sources, particularly Navision databases, and developing insightful Power BI dashboards and reports. You'll collaborate closely with business stakeholders and the IS manager to ensure accurate data analysis and reporting, while helping to maintain the integrity and performance of our information systems. General Duties and Responsibilities Write, optimize, and organize SQL queries to ensure efficient data retrieval and reporting. Extract, transform, and load data from various sources, with a primary focus on Navision databases. Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies. Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making processes. Promote ProLift Toyota Material Handling's values, mission and purpose of "Helping People Carry the Load" to ensure we are customers', vendors' and associates' "Indispensable Partner". Educational/Job Requirements The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business, Data or Computer Science or equivalent years of experience, will be proficient in data visualization and business intelligence tools, primarily Power BI, a strong proficiency with Microsoft SQL. and display efficiency in Microsoft products such as Word, Outlook, and Excel. The Junior Information Systems Analyst communicates to customers, and managers, which requires excellent verbal and written communication skills with a particular emphasis on listening skills. The ideal candidate will protect the organization's values by maintaining confidential information utilizing their ability to handle sensitive information.
