We’re currently hiring a full-time, direct hire Senior Digital Marketing Manager on behalf of Walser—a family-owned automotive retail leader with over 60 years of success, known for innovation, transparency, and a high-performing team culture.

Location: Wichita, KS

Compensation:  $90,000 - $120,000 annually DOE, plus excellent long-term growth opportunities

Worksite Arrangement: In-office 5 days/week

Overview:

This is a high-impact role for a strategic, data-driven marketing leader ready to drive performance across multiple brands at one of Walser’s key locations. You’ll manage a lean internal team, lead vendor and agency partnerships, and take full ownership of campaigns that directly influence business growth.

This is not a brand awareness or content-only role—it’s built for someone who can manage budgets, optimize digital performance, and bring actionable, ROI-driven strategies to life. Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly marketing strategies and campaigns across digital platforms, ensuring alignment with budget and performance goals
• Analyze marketing data and campaign results, providing insights and regular reports to senior leadership
• Oversee website content, SEO/SEM efforts, lead generation, and vendor performance to drive traffic and sales
• Manage and support a team, including hiring, coaching, performance reviews, and ensuring productivity standards are met
• Ensure compliance with brand and OEM guidelines, while coordinating marketing budgets, documentation, and co-op submissions

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of digital marketing leadership experience, with a strong track record of delivering results
• Experience managing multi-channel campaigns, budgets, and reporting
• Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, web analytics, and CRM/automation platforms
• Ability to manage vendors, juggle multiple brand identities, and lead projects independently
• Organized and proactive with strong communication and decision-making skills
  
• Self-motivated and solution-oriented—confident navigating ambiguity while driving results independently
