O2B Kids is a GROWING education company. We are currently looking for a regional trainer for our Palm Beach region. The ideal candidate would love to work in a positive environment, help coach others, and have opportunities for growth. Responsibilities and Duties ~ Provide training for O2B University - some evenings and weekends each month will be required ~ Meet with corporate trainer to determine training needs at each center ~ Conduct initial training for new employees ~ Help coach within each classroom on topics such as classroom management or classroom arrangment ~ Help ensure profitability, but focusing on staff training and morale ~ Ability to work with several locations and staff ~ Implement O2B Education standards, as well as train and maintain licensing requirements ~*Please feel free to request a full job description Want to learn more about O2B Kids?
