Administrative Support: Overall arrangement of business trips to Russia, including air ticket booking, hotel reservations, itinerary planning, etc.; Assist in managing materials related to Russian business, establish and maintain a document archive to ensure the completeness of materials and ease of query. Coordination and Communication: Build a communication bridge between the company and Russian partners and customers, and promptly convey the needs and feedback of both parties. Other Affairs: Complete other translation and administrative work related to Russian business assigned by the leadership.
