Job Description

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Collect information from job calendars, traffic control plans, etc.
• Relay all job-related information to the crews so they have a clear understanding of the job.
• Manage all callouts and changes to the scheduled job to make sure customer needs are still met.
• Throughout the day receive calls to assist crews in various ways such as safety issues, work zone setups, scheduling conflicts, etc.
• Understanding construction plans to assist in determining what will be required to accommodate the scope of work for the contractor.

• Thorough understanding of traffic control setups and management of a traffic control crew.
• Adhering to company policy at all times.
• Having a cooperative team player attitude.
• Willingness to improve industry knowledge & learn new skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and activities seamlessly.
• Dependable and self-motivated.
